Food Pantry Go Bags
The Office for Access and Opportunity, Women*s Center, Center for Civic Engagement, and Office of the Dean of Students are partnering to coordinate food pantry go-bags for WSU Pullman students.
Food Pantry Go Bags are a way to provide food while respecting social distancing guidelines to keep all members of our community safe. We will do our best to ensure each bag contains a variety of protein, grains, vegetables, fruit, and snacks. We also have a limited supply of hygiene items and safer sex supplies.
Students can fill out this form to request food and schedule pick-up. If you have questions about this request form, contact the Office for Access & Opportunity at email@example.com or (509) 335-1280.
Rosario's Place in Wilson-Short Hall and the Access and Opportunity Food Pantry in Lighty Student Services are currently closed. Instead, the WSU Pullman campus is providing one central location for students to receive pre-packaged food curbside. Pullman Family Dentistry has also generously donated dental hygiene products to the pantry. Students can fill out this form to request items or call the Office of the Dean of Students at (509) 335-5757.
Requests can be picked up at the Lighty Student Services entrance near Rugby fields. Pick up times are 10 a.m. - 2 p.m., Monday - Friday. Students should call the Dean of Students office at (509) 335-5757 once they arrive on campus and a staff member will meet them at their vehicle with a pre-packaged bag.
Students can also request food assistance through Cougs Feeding Cougs, which provides funds that can be used anonymously in WSU Dining Services locations.
We are so appreciative of the greater Coug community with their on-going interest to support the food pantry on the Pullman campus. Due to these changing and uncertain times, more and more of our WSU undergraduate and graduate students are seeking food and hygiene assistance. Monetary donations received will be used to replenish, as needed, our pantry’s inventory of food items such as grains, proteins, soups, canned vegetables and fruits, and other non-perishable items to help meet the needs of students utilizing this resource.
Donations can be directed to our Division of Student Affairs | WSU Pullman Food Pantries for Students Fund here with an indication that this specific donation is to support the food pantry. We thank you for your continued support and generosity.
